Features & Fixes Details
Ability to register a manual payment made as a Deposit
There are situations in which a customer will cancel the deposit paying with a method other than credit card or letter of credit (cash, check, etc.). For these situations it is necessary to update the enrollment as the deposit has been paid and send it to the billing system (ESG).
For these scenarios, a new option "Update deposit as Paid" is available under the On Hold Enrollments Manager. This option is only visible for enrollments that have the status On Hold - Deposit Pending and also for the users that have the role "Payments --> Manually register deposits as paid".
The payment itself should be manually registered in P2C.
